Shake Recipe: Peach Melba

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 30 g peach pulp
  • 30 g raspberries
  • 100 ml yogurt, 1.5%
  • 150 ml water
  • 50 g Almased
  • 2 tsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 MSp vanilla pulp

Preparation (5 minutes)

  1. Finely puree the peach pulp with the raspberries and yogurt in a blender.
  2. Add the water, Almased, oil and vanilla pulp and mix everything together until creamy.

Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of flea, chia or ground flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre, which naturally supports digestion.
