Shake Recipe: Caribbean Coconut Shake

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 25 ml coconut milk
  • 75 g pineapple pulp
  • 1 MSp lime zest
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 125 ml water
  • 50 g Almased
  • 2 tsp rapeseed oil
  • 4 tbsp crushed ice

Preparation (5 minutes)

  1. Finely puree the coconut milk with the pineapple pulp in a blender.
  2. Then add lime zest, juice, water, Almased and oil and blend until smooth.
  3. Finally, add the crushed ice and puree briefly until creamy.

Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of chia or ground flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre that naturally supports digestion
