  • 50 g Almased
  • 200 g low-fat yogurt
  • 50 g strawberries
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil


  1. Mix together the yogurt and oil. Add in Almased.
  2. Wash and chop the strawberries, mix into the yogurt.
