Shake Recipe: Lime Lassi

Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 5 tbsp Almased
- 100 ml low-fat milk
- 100 g natural low-fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 lime
- Blend together the milk and yogurt.
- Squeeze in the lime and mix in Almased.
- Pour into a glass and add a slice of lime and ice, if desired.
