Shake Recipe: Berry Booster

1 serving approx.: 313 kcal – 25 g protein – 8 g fat – 32 g carbohydrates

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 80 g frozen berry mix
  • 150 ml buttermilk
  • 2 tsp walnut oil
  • 50 g Almased
  • 1 tsp lime zest (organic)
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • 75 ml mineral water, sparkling

Preparation (5 minutes)

  1. Pour the frozen berries into a powerful blender and puree finely with the buttermilk.
  2. Add the oil, Almased, lime zest and mint leaves and mix until smooth.
  3. Finally, top up with the mineral water and serve.

Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of flea, chia or ground flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre that naturally supports digestion
