Shake Recipe: Raspberry Yogurt

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 5 tbsp Almased
  • 200 ml water
  • 150 g natural fat-free yogurt
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Blend together the water, yogurt, raspberries and vanilla extract. 
  2. Mix in Almased.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
  4. Add ice, if desired.
