Shake Recipe: Raspberry Yogurt

Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 5 tbsp Almased
- 200 ml water
- 150 g natural fat-free yogurt
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Blend together the water, yogurt, raspberries and vanilla extract.
- Mix in Almased.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
- Add ice, if desired.
