Shake Recipe: Maggie's Raspberry Dream

1 serving approx.: 289 kcal – 24 g protein – 8 g fat – 29 g carbohydrates

Ingredients (1 person)

  • 50 g frozen raspberries
  • 3 tbsp natural yogurt 1.5% fat (approx. 50 g)
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 squeeze of lemon juice
  • Cinnamon and turmeric to taste (because of the anti-inflammatory effect)
  • 2 tsp linseed oil
  • 50 g Almased 

Preparation (5 minutes)

  1. Thoroughly puree raspberries, yogurt, water, lemon juice, cinnamon, turmeric and linseed oil in a shaker.
  2. Add Almased, shake vigorously and enjoy ice-cold.

Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of chia or ground flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre, which naturally supports digestion.
