Shake Recipe: Chocolate Raspberry

1 portion contains: 197 kcal - 28 g protein - 1 g fat - 19 g carbohydrates

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 5 tbsps Almased
  • 300 ml water
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Blend together the water, cocoa powder and raspberries. 
  2. Mix in Almased.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
  4. Add ice, if desired.
  5. Important: Almased smoothies with fruit in them taste fresh and delicious. However, the fructose contained in the fruit can slow weight loss efforts. We recommend not using any fruit in your smoothies during the Initiation Phase. During this time, the Almased Classic recipe is the perfect shake for you. Once you are in the Reduction Phase and beyond, you can add fruit in moderation, preferably to your breakfast shake.
