Shake Recipe: Grey Temptation

Are you in the mood for a little variety and would like to try a very special shake to start the day fresh? With Almased-Original, blueberries, kiwi and fresh spinach, you get 28 grams of protein for an energy-packed morning. In addition, there is plenty of vitamin C and natural antioxidants. Start the day with the Grey Temptation Shake and feel invigorated and healthy.

1 serving (without acai powder) approx.: 292 kcal – 28 g protein – 9 g fat – 24.5 g carbohydrates

1 serving (with acai powder) approx.: 302 kcal – 28.3 g protein – 9.1 g fat – 20.3 g carbohydrates

Ingredients (1 person)

  • 50g Almased-Original 
  • 50g frozen blueberries
  • 30g kiwi
  • 25g fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 tsp linseed oil
  • 150 ml almond drink unsweetened
  • 150 ml water
  • 1tsp acai powder for colour

Preparation (5 minutes)

  1. Add the almond drink, water, Almased, blueberries, kiwi, spinach, acai powder if needed and linseed oil to the blender.
  2. Blend the shake for 1 minute on the highest setting.
  3. Put ice cubes in a glass.
  4. Pour the shake over the ice cubes and enjoy.

Tip 1: One teaspoon of fleaseed, chia or crushed flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre, which naturally supports digestion.  

Tip 2 : The shake tastes best freshly prepared, so the kiwi does not become bitter.
