Shake Recipe: Fresh & Healthy Cucumber Shake

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 150 g cucumber (organic)
  • 50 g cottage cheese
  • 100 ml water
  • 50 g Almased
  • 2 tsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chive rolls
  • 1 tbsp garden cress
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Ground cumin
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Preparation (5 minutes)

  1. Wash the cucumber, cut into pieces and finely puree in a blender with the cottage cheese.
  2. Add the water, Almased, rapeseed oil and lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Finally, mix in the herbs, season with salt, cumin and cayenne pepper and serve in a glass with ice cubes.

Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of flea, chia or ground flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre, which naturally supports digestion.
