Shake Recipe: Blueberry Shake - Few Ingredients, Quick to Make

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 100 g blueberries
  • 100 ml milk, 1.5%
  • 50 g low-fat quark
  • 1 MSp vanilla pulp
  • 50g Almased
  • 2 tsp rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp crushed ice

Preparation (5 minutes)

  1. Finely puree the blueberries in a blender with the milk and quark.
  2. Add vanilla, Almased and oil and mix well.
  3. Finally, add crushed ice and puree briefly until creamy.

Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of flea, chia or ground flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre, which naturally supports digestion.
