Shake Recipe: Chocolatey shake with few ingredients

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 200 ml milk, 1.5%
  • 2 tsp baking cocoa
  • 1 pinch of chilli powder
  • 1 pinch of ground cardamom
  • 50g Almased
  • 2 tsp walnut oil

Preparation (5 minutes)

Add all ingredients to the shaker and mix vigorously.


Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of flea, chia or ground flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fiber, which naturally supports digestion.
