Shake Recipe: Coco Cocktail

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 5 tbsp Almased
  • 100 ml low-fat milk
  • 100 ml water
  • 50 g natural low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 tsp grated coconut


  1. Blend together the milk, water, yogurt and oil.
  2. Mix in Almased.
  3. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with grated coconut.
  4. Add ice, if desired.
