Shake Recipe: Pink Latte

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 1 tsp lemon thyme leaves
  • 75 g beetroot, cooked
  • 2 tsp rapeseed oil
  • 150 ml buttermilk
  • 50 g Almased
  • 1 MSp lemon zest (organic)

Preparation (5 minutes)

  1. Finely puree the thyme in a blender with the beetroot.
  2. Add rapeseed oil, buttermilk, Almased and lemon zest and mix well.

Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of flea, chia or ground flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre that naturally supports digestion
