Shake Recipe: Green Berry Protein Smoothie

1 serving approx.: 330 kcal – 31 g protein – 8 g fat – 35 g carbohydrates

Ingredients (1 person)

  • 50g Almased Original
  • 50g frozen raspberries
  • 50g banana (approx. ½ banana)
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach leaves
  • 100g zucchini
  • 2 tsp linseed oil
  • 300 ml water

Preparation (5 minutes)

  • Puree the raspberries, banana, zucchini, spinach, Almased, water and linseed oil well in a blender.
  • Pour the shake into a glass and enjoy ice cold.  

Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of psyllium, chia or ground linseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre, which naturally aids digestion.
