Shake Recipe: Green Goodness

1 portion contains: 258 kcal - 30 g protein - 2 g fat - 30 g carbohydrates

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 5 tbsps Almased
  • 150 ml coconut water
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 cup kale
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened pineapple
  • juice
  • ½ cucumber sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder

Preparation

  1. First, prepare the matcha green tea. Mix 1 tsp of matcha green tea powder into 200ml of hot water, just under boil.
  2. Wait 2 minutes to steep, stir vigorously until the tea is frothy.
  3. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature. Add ice cubes to speed the cooling process.
  4. Blend together all ingredients.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
