Shake Recipe: Green Goodness

Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 5 tbsps Almased
- 150 ml coconut water
- 200 ml water
- 1 cup kale
- 2 tbsp unsweetened pineapple
- ½ cucumber sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
- First, prepare the matcha green tea. Mix 1 tsp of matcha green tea powder into 200ml of hot water, just under boil.
- Wait 2 minutes to steep, stir vigorously until the tea is frothy.
- Allow the tea to cool to room temperature. Add ice cubes to speed the cooling process.
- Blend together all ingredients.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
