Shake Recipe: Cocoa Flax

Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 5 tbsp Almased
- 200 ml unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- Blend together the milk, cocoa powder, flaxseeds and nutmeg.
- Mix in Almased.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
- Add ice, if desired.
