Shake Recipe: Pumpkin Spice

Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 5 tbsp Almased
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp fresh or plain canned pumpkin puree
- 1 dash of pumpkin spice or ground cinnamon
- Blend together the milk and pumpkin puree.
- Mix in Almased.
- Add the spice of choice and flavour to taste.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
- Add ice, if desired.
