Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 5 tbsp Almased
  • 350 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ pear

Preparation

  1. Blend together the milk, spinach and chopped pear.
  2. Mix in Almased.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
  4. Add ice, if desired.
