Shake Recipe: Nut Dream

1 serving approx.: 395 kcal – 25 g protein – 17 g fat – 35 g carbohydrates

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 200 ml milk (1.5%)
  • 50 g Almased
  • 2 tsp walnut oil
  • 1 tbsp walnuts

Preparation (5 minutes)

Put milk, Almased, walnuts (alternatively almonds or peanuts) and walnut oil in a blender and blend very finely so that there are no solid components left - done!

For the fiery: add a small amount of chili.


Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of flea, chia or ground flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre, which naturally supports digestion.
