Christmas Shake Recipe: Winter Dream with Orange and Chocolate

  • 100 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 tsp walnut oil
  • 1 tsp grated orange peel (5 g)
  • 50 ml orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 50 g Almased
  • 1tsp wafer-thinly sliced dark chocolate (from 70% cocoa)


1. Mix all ingredients, except the chocolate, vigorously.

2. Pour into a glass or Christmas cup and sprinkle with the grated chocolate.

Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of flea, chia or ground flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre, which naturally supports digestion.
