Ingredients (for 2 people):

1 packet of mozzarella (125 g) 2 tomatoes 3 tsp olive oil 200 g lamb's lettuce 1 tbsp pine nuts 30 g sliced mozzarella salt pepper balsamic vinegar mustard

Preparation
  • Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes and arrange on a plate.
  • Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and 2 tsp oil.
  • Wash the lettuce, prepare a salad dressing using the vinegar, a little water, 1 tsp of oil, 1 tsp of mustard and seasoning.
  • Sprinkle with pine nuts and Parmesan.
  • Serve with: 2 slices wholemeal bread.
