2 tbsp vinegar 2 tbsp apple juice 2 tsp walnut oil 1 bunch chives salt pepper 1/2 onion 100 g Emmental cheese 80 g grapes 10 walnut halves (40 g)1 portion contains about 500 kcal
- Mix together the vinegar, salt, oil, a little water, chives, salt and pepper.
- Dice the onion, cut the cheese into slices, halve the grapes and remove the seeds, then chop the nuts into small pieces.
- Mix everything together and pour over the salad dressing.
- Serve with: 2 small slices of rye bread.
