  • 5 tbsp Almased

  • 200 ml low-fat milk

  • 1 tbsp walnut oil

  • 1 vanilla pod or 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1

    Soak the vanilla pod in warm milk for a couple of minutes. Once cooled, blend together the vanilla milk and oil.

    Mix in Almased.

    Pour into a glass and add ice, if desired.

    If using vanilla extract, simply blend with the oil and milk.
