Diet shake drink for weight loss: Pink LadyPink Lady
Ingredients (for 1 person):
175 ml kefir 25 ml water 1 tbsp walnut oil 50 g raspberries 50 g Almased1 portion contains about 328 kcal
- Mix together kefir, mineral water and oil in a tall container.
- Place three raspberries to one side, puree the rest of the raspberries and add.
- Add the Almased and blend thoroughly.
- Pour the shake into a glass.
- Garnish the shake with 3 raspberries.
