Ingredients (for 1 person):

175 ml kefir 25 ml water 1 tbsp walnut oil 50 g raspberries 50 g Almased

Preparation
  • Mix together kefir, mineral water and oil in a tall container.
  • Place three raspberries to one side, puree the rest of the raspberries and add.
  • Add the Almased and blend thoroughly.
  • Pour the shake into a glass.
  • Garnish the shake with 3 raspberries.
