Ingredients (for 1 person):

100 ml milk (1.5%) 50 g low-fat natural yogurt (1.5%) 100 ml mineral water 1 tbsp walnut oil 50 g Almased® 1 tsp grated coconut

Preparation
  • Blend all the ingredients together thoroughly.
  • Wet the rim of a large drinking glass and dip into the grated coconut, pour in the shake and enjoy.
