Diet shake drink for weight loss: Almased® ClassicAlmased® Classic
Ingredients (for 1 person):
200 - 350 ml cold water 2 tsp olive, walnut, rapeseed or flaxseed oil 5 tbsp Almased®1 portion contains about 230 kcal
- Mix all ingredients together in a blender bottle or glass.
- Consume cold and within 20 minutes of preparation.
- For a more filling shake, you can replace the water with 200ml of low-fat milk or unsweetened almond or soya milk.
- Please note: The inclusion of milk will increase calorific value of each shake to approximately 280-330 kcal.
- Top tip: You can flavour the Almased® Classic recipe with cinnamon and other spices, unsweetened cocoa powder or extracts such as vanilla or almond.
