Ingredients (for 1 person):

200 ml milk (1.5%) 50 g Almased 1 vanilla pod 1 tbsp walnut oil cinnamon

1 portion contains about 350 kcal and 2,2 BE
  • Soak vanilla bean in warm milk (simmer at most).
  • Let milk cool and blend with Almased.
  • Add cinnamon if desired.
