Diet shake drink for weight loss: Almased with VanillaAlmased with Vanilla
Ingredients (for 1 person):
200 ml milk (1.5%) 50 g Almased 1 vanilla pod 1 tbsp walnut oil cinnamon1 portion contains about 350 kcal and 2,2 BE
- Soak vanilla bean in warm milk (simmer at most).
- Let milk cool and blend with Almased.
- Add cinnamon if desired.
