Ingredients (for 1 person):
150 ml milk (1.5%) 100 ml peppermint tea (cold) 1 tbsp rapeseed oil 50 g Almased a few mint leaves Ice cubes1 portion contains about 321 kcal and 1,9 BE
- Blend all ingredients together thoroughly.
