  • 200 ml water

  • 150 g natural fat-free yogurt

  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen raspberries

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    Blend together the water, yogurt, raspberries and vanilla extract.

    Pour into a glass and enjoy.
