  • 200 ml  unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tbsp  fresh or plain canned pumpkin puree

  • 1 dash of pumpkin spice or ground cinnamon

    Blend together the milk and pumpkin puree.

    Mix in Almased.

    Add the spice of choice and flavour to taste.

    Pour into a glass and enjoy.

    Add ice, if desired.
