Ingredients (for 2 people):

2 slices wholemeal bread 8 slices cooked gammon (100 g) 4 eggs 2 tsp rapeseed oil 1 jar beetroot (350 g drained weight) salt paprika

Preparation
  • Place the gammon on the slices of bread.
  • Fry the eggs in 1 tsp of oil, season with salt and paprika and place on the bread.
  • Drain the beetroot and drizzle with 1 tsp of oil.
