First, prepare the matcha green tea. Mix 1 tsp of matcha green tea powder into 200ml of hot water, just under boil.

Wait 2 minutes to steep, stir vigorously until the tea is frothy.

Allow the tea to cool to room temperature. Add ice cubes to speed the cooling process.

Blend together all ingredients.
