400 g savoy cabbage 4 tbsp cream 300 g salmon fillet with the skin removed 2 tsp rapeseed oil dill 1 sliced lemon 50 ml low fat milk curry powder nutmeg salt pepper1 portion contains about 450 kcal
- Cut the savoy cabbage into strips and blanch in boiling salted water until tender.
- Place the cream and milk in a pan and simmer until the liquid has reduced by half, add the savoy cabbage, then season with curry powder, nutmeg and pepper.
- Heat the oil, fry the salmon fillet on a gentle heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with dill and top with a slice of lemon.
- Serve with: 4 boiled potatoes (each the size of a hen’s egg)
