  • 100 ml low-fat milk

  • 100 ml water

  • 50 g natural low-fat yogurt

  • 1 tbsp walnut oil

  • 1 tsp grated coconut

    Blend together the milk, water, yogurt and oil.

    Mix in Almased.

    Pour into a glass and sprinkle with grated coconut.
