125 g low fat quark 125 g natural yoghurt (1.5%) 1/2 bunch chives 1/2 onion 1 tbsp ground flaxseed 1 tsp flaxseed oil 30 g Almased pepper salt

Preparation
  • The quark tastes best if it has been refrigerated for a few hours or if it has been prepared a day in advance.
  • Also delicious on bread.
