Ingredients (for 1 person):
150 g natural yoghurt 1 tbsp walnut oil 50 g Almased 1 tbsp muesli (unsweetened) or mixed bran flakes (unsweetened)1 portion contains about 410 kcal and 2,6 BE
- Blend together the yoghurt and oil, then add the Almased and mix.
- Sprinkle with muesli and enjoy.
