100 ml soya milk 400 g silken tofu 1 tbsp lemon juice 6 g honey 160 g blueberries 40 g raspberries 40 g strawberries 2 wooden cocktail sticks10 min 1 portion contains about 161 kcal
- Blend the soya milk, silken tofu, lemon juice and honey together.
- Carefully rinse the berries and drain. Set aside 2 pieces of each type of berry, mash the rest of the berries with a fork and mix in.
- Place the cream into 2 glasses.
- Place the berries alternately on the sticks and serve with each glass
