Ingredients (for 1 person):
150 g natural yogurt 1 tbsp walnut oil 50 g Almased® 1 tbsp muesli (unsweetened) or bran flakes (unsweetened)1 portion contains about 410 kcal
- Blend together the yogurt and oil, then add the Almased® and mix.
- Sprinkle with muesli and enjoy.
